The web-based calendar has eliminated the daily task of updating the calendar as it has the capability of repeating event dates. Another added bonus is the ability to download the calendar to Microsoft Outlook on your PC or SmartPhone and allowing Secretaries to submit their events directly to the calendar via email.

*NOTE - I have now set the calendar in category mode. You can select which category you wish to view events for by selecting it under the animated month icon at the top-left of calendar. It is a simple drop-down menu. The default is all.
